How much collagen is in a serving?

20 g of hydrolyzed collagen peptides (from bovine hide) in every two-scoop (27 g) serving, with 18 g of protein and 90 calories.

How long does a jar last?

Each jar holds 14 servings (13.33 oz / 378 g). At two scoops a day, that’s about two weeks.

How is this different from the Collagen Creamer?

Collagen Peptides is chocolate, with 20 g of collagen peptides and 18 g of protein per serving. The Collagen Creamer is vanilla and made for coffee: it adds MCTs, calcium and pea protein, with 0 g sugar and 12 servings per jar.

Where does the collagen come from?

Grass-fed bovine (cow) hide. The formula delivers types I and III collagen.

Is it vegan or vegetarian?

No. The collagen comes from bovine hide, so it isn’t suitable for a vegan or vegetarian diet.

With stevia extract powder (Reb A), a sweetener from the stevia leaf. The chocolate flavor comes from cocoa powder and natural flavor.

Does it contain allergens?

It’s listed as gluten-free and non-GMO. Every ingredient is printed on the label above.

Mix two scoops with 8–10 oz (236–295 ml) of your favorite hot or cold beverage, and enjoy daily.

Most reviewers mention the taste first, but a few have found it can clump in milk. Stirring the powder into a splash of liquid first, then topping up — or using a shaker bottle or frother — usually helps any powder disperse evenly.

What does it taste like?

Chocolate, from cocoa powder, lightly sweetened with stevia. Reviewers mention the flavor most: one says it adds sweetness to her coffee, another likes that it isn’t too sweet — and one mixes it with the Vanilla Creamer.

Ingredient by ingredient

What each one is — and why it’s here.

Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides
Bos taurus · Hide (grass-fed bovine)
20 g
What it is
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and a main structural protein in skin, bone and connective tissue. “Hydrolyzed” means it has been broken down into smaller pieces called peptides, which is what lets it dissolve into a drink.
Why it’s in the formula
It’s what this formula is built around: 20 g per serving, sourced from grass-fed bovine hide and delivering types I and III collagen to support skin elasticity and joint health.*
Learn more
Type I is the most common collagen type in the body, found in skin, bone and tendons. Type III is found alongside it in skin and blood vessels.
Cocoa Powder
Theobroma cacao · Seed (bean)
What it is
Powder made from roasted, ground cacao beans after most of the cocoa butter has been pressed out — the same cocoa used in baking and hot chocolate.
Why it’s in the formula
It gives the blend its chocolate flavor — the first ingredient listed after the collagen.
