Is this sea moss gel?

No — it’s a liquid supplement you measure with a dropper. Each 2 mL serving combines Irish sea moss extract with vitamin C, zinc and botanical extracts.

How many servings are in a bottle?

30 servings of 2 mL (about 1 dropper) in a 60 mL / 2 fl oz bottle — about a month of daily use.

How is this different from the Sea Moss Skin Drops and Capsules?

Immunity Drops are the immune-focused formula: 1,000 mg sea moss extract with vitamin C, zinc, olive leaf, elderberry and turkey tail. Skin Drops are a beauty-focused liquid with collagen, biotin, aloe vera and rose water. Sea Moss Capsules are a four-ingredient botanical blend in capsule form.

What does it taste like?

It’s lemon-flavored, made with lemon extract and pineapple flavor. You can take it straight or add it to water.

Is 600 mg of vitamin C a lot?

It’s 1000% of the Daily Value, and the 20 mg of zinc is 133%. If you already take a multivitamin or another vitamin C or zinc supplement, check your total daily intake with your healthcare professional.

Does it contain sugar?

It’s a sugar-free formula. The liquid base is vegetable glycerin and purified water, with sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives.

How and when should I take it?

Shake gently, then take up to 2 mL (about 1 dropper) per day, by mouth or added to water — or as recommended by your physician or healthcare professional. Don’t exceed the recommended dose.

Why shouldn’t the dropper touch my mouth?

Keeping the dropper from touching your mouth or skin helps prevent contamination of what’s left in the bottle.

Can I take it with the Skin Drops or other supplements?

The two drops are designed to work together — they come as a pair in our Sea Moss Drops Bundle. Both contain some vitamin C and zinc, so if you take other supplements or any medication, check with your healthcare professional first.
